I'm trying to a find a product that isn't listed on your site, can Basketball Republic source it for me?

Here at Basketball Republic, we are constantly adding to our range as well as constantly updating the products available on our website. If the item you're looking for is not on our website, chances are we can get it for you so contact us at and we'll do our best to meet your needs.


I've never bought online before and don't want to provide my credit card details over the internet, can I pay by phone or fax?

The safest way to place an order is to process it online using our secure shopping cart, where you can pay via credit card, PayPal or a bank deposit to our bank account.


Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?

Yes, it is very safe.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

At Basketball Republic, your satisfaction as a customer is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we can organise to have the product returned and money refunded as long as the product is unused and in original packaging.

Our products all come with the full manufacturer's warranty. For basketballs, this is 1 year unless stated otherwise. Please contact us if you have a warranty claim to make with a defective product.
